HC Deb 20 February 1985 vol 73 c506W
Mr. Hancock

asked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will finance, or contribute to financing, security measures for Portsmouth naval base, in the area accommodating the Royal Navy museum, HMS Victory and the Mary Rose, and enable it to be accessible to the general public at all times irrespective of the security status of the rest of the naval base; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Lee

Security is one of the elements being considered.
