§ Mr. David HuntThe National Coal Board has now begun work on the construction phase of the Point of Ayr coal liquefaction pilot plant. Detailed engineering design 465W is now in progress, and procurement has begun for key plant items. Site work is expected to begin later this year and a main contractor is scheduled to be appointed at about the same time. The pilot plant is expected to be completed in 1987.
