§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe needs of these patients are not easy to determine in terms either of their numbers or of the combination of rehabilitative services which they require. We are currently considering what steps might be taken to encourage health authorities to improve where necessary their services for brain-damaged patients who often present particular behaviour and other problems.
