§ Mr. BrookeMy right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General considers and acts upon all documented complaints alleging the misuse of student union funds. In addition to consulting higher education interests about student unions, to which I referred in my answer to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Stirling (Mr. Forsyth) on 12 February, at col114, my right hon. Friend will take into account the views of my right hon. and learned Friend on the question of misuse of funds.
