§ Mr. MellorThe information available to me, which may be incomplete, relates to all offenders other than individuals, ie companies, local authorities, etc., found guilty at magistrates' courts in England and Wales. In 1983 about 85 such offenders were convicted of offences under Public Health Acts and about 25 under Housing Acts. Corresponding information for 1984 is not yet available.
