§ Mr. John PattenAn incomplete application from the Manchester and Salford Methodist mission for funding in respect of improvements at Chatterton Hey was received on 13 July 1983. Further information was sought in December 1983 and on subsequent occasions as late as 11 February but has not so far been received. A decision cannot be made until the necessary information is available.
