Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether the existing front boundary wall to the rear of the pavement which is within the curtilage of Rosebank house, Millisle road, Donaghee, is part of a listed building.
§ Mr. Chris PattenI am advised that the boundary wall is no longer a part of the property which was listed in 1976.
It would be a matter for the courts to decide whether the wall still forms part of the listed building.
