§ Mr. ChannonDetails of the new rules on exports on computers, software and telecommunications switching equipment were finally agreed by all the COCOM member states on 1 January 1985; and the details of the new rules on other items on the COCOM lists only on 1 February. My intentions to implement in United Kingdom law all the new arrangements at the same time by means of the new Export of Goods (Control) Order, which my right hon. Friend hopes to make in March.
