§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) when he expects to receive final comments from the local authority associations on the proposed amendment to regulation 3(4) of the Local Government Superannuation Regulations 1974, as amended, which was circulated for consultation in May 1983;
(2) when he expects to make, the regulations referred to in the letter to the hon. Member for South Hams, of 26 April 1984, from the Minister of State for Local Government regarding regulation 3(4) of the Local Government Superannuation Regulations 1974 with regard to disqualification from war service reckoning.
