§ Mr. Ron Daviesasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) what percentage of adulterated milk powder has been exported over the last five years; and which countries have been the principal recipients;
(2) what are the principal sources of skimmed milk powder currently held in intervention in the United Kingdom;
(3) what is his latest estimate of the total amount of skimmed milk powder held in the United Kingdom under intervention; and what percentage in the current year he expects to be adulterated under European Community Regulation 443/77;
(4) what percentage of the skimmed milk powder held in storage at the Bedwan house industrial estate, near 446W Caerphilly, has ultimately been adulterated under European Economic Community Regulation 443/77 for each year of its operation; and what has been the total yearly cost of that adulteration;
(5) what has been the total amount of skimmed milk powder, for each of the European Economic Community countries and for each of the last five years, denatured under European Economic Community Regulation 443/77; and what percentage of each country's output this constituted;
(6) what percentage of skimmed milk powder held in storage in England, Scotland and Wales, respectively, has been adulterated under European Economic Community Regulation 443/77 for each of the last five years;
(7) what has been the cost to each of the European Economic Community countries for each of the last five years of the administration of European Economic Community Regulation 443/77; and what has been the average unit cost of skimmed milk powder purchased and adulterated powder sold;
(8) what is the average period of time skimmed milk powder is held in storage before being adulterated under European Economic Community Regulation 443/77.
