§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what circulars, advice, guidance, or other documents have been distributed by his Department to rent officers within the last five years.
§ Mr. GowIt has always been the Department's practice to issue guidance in various forms to rent officers relating to the rent registration system and to the operation and management of the rent officer service. This has continued under the present Government.
