§ Mr. HowardSubject to parliamentary approval of the necessary Supplementary Estimate, the cash limit for Class IV, Vote II (Office of Fair Trading) will be increased by £800,000 from £7,479,000 to £8,279,000 to meet the increased costs of computerising the consumer credit licensing operation. The additional amount will be charged to the reserve, and so will not add to the planning total of public expenditure.
