§ Mr. Michael SpicerCopies of the scrutiny of marine examinations and the certification of seamen, incorporating our response, have today been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. Copies of the scrutinies of the identification and development of internal talent, and of the management of office accommodation, again incorporating our response, have also today been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. The latter two scrutinies were carried out jointly with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment's Department. I refer my hon. Friend to the answer given today by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Environment.
