§ Mr. Meadowcroftasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if the Yorkshire regional health authority has sent him a copy of the report it has received from the Leeds western district health authority on the conditions at Leeds general infirmary; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will make a statement on the state of the fabric at Leeds general infirmary; and if he will make extra resources available to the Yorkshire regional health authority for the improvement of conditions at Leeds general infirmary.
§ Mr. WhitneyWe do not hold any detailed information on conditions at Leeds general infirmary. It is for the regional health authority to allocate resources to its districts in the light of its judgment of competing priorities.
