§ Mr. WaldegraveIn three cases submitted to him by the Nature Conservancy Council, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment was not satisfied 15W that the criteria set out in section 29 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 had been fully met. Details of the three sites are:
