What percentage of the sites identified by the Nature Conservancy Council in Great Britain, which merit designation as special protection areas under EC directive 79/409 on the conservation of wild birds, are in Scotland; and what percentage of all these sites that are currently threatened by development proposals or approved developments are in Scotland.

60.4 per cent. of the sites identified by the Nature Conservancy Council as meeting the criteria for designation as special protection areas under EC Directive 79/409 on the conservation of wild birds, and 62.5 per cent. of the sites in which the council has identified development proposals or approved developments, are in Scotland.
