§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsGross expenditure by the Welsh Development Agency in each of the last three years was: £80.7 million in 1982–83; £66.6 million in 1983–84; and £71.6 million in 1984–85. The first two figures include special provision for steel closure areas. Gross expenditure this year is expected to be of the order of £70 million.
