§ Mr. Home Robertsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will explain the manner in which he intends to distribute additional rate support grant and to adjust relevant expenditure between local authorities in respect of the costs of running list D schools following the transfer of responsibility for those schools from his Department to local authorities.
§ Mr. AncramThe additional rate support grant and expenditure provision for 1986–87 will be allocated to regional and islands authorities in direct proportion to the number of children for whom they were responsible in list D schools at 31 March 1985.
