§ 15. Mrs. Clwydasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he has any plans to bring forward measures to seek to reduce the waiting lists for surgery in the ear, nose and throat, gynaecology and general surgery specialists in Mid Glamorgan and other health authorities in Wales.
