§ The Solicitor-GeneralThe prescribed notice of distress, in form 5, already requires the goods seized, distrained or impounded by a certificated bailiff to be specified in an inventory, which is part of the form, when the form is issued to a tenant by the bailiff on levying a distress, in accordance with rule 12(2) of the distress for rent rules 1983. Further amendments to the rules are under consideration.
