What are their comments on the Marplan Poll in which 84 per cent. said that the United Kingdom and the United States should follow the example of the USSR if they agree to ban all further nuclear tests.

As the noble Lord will know from the Answers I gave to his two Questions on nuclear testing last week, we believe that declaratory, unilateral gestures are no substitute for adequately verifiable and durable arms control agreements.
