§ Mr. Mikardoasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) whether the cable-laying ship John W. McKay is owned by the London Docklands development corporation; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what is the annual revenue budget set aside by the London Docklands development corporation for 1986–87 and 1987–88 for maintenance and running costs in respect of the cable-laying ship John W. McKay.
