§ Mr. WhitneyWe do not normally provide support specifically for campaigning although this may form part of the activities of a grant-aided body. We always seek to avoid duplicating grants for the same purpose, but there is often room for a number of bodies to work in the same field and in such cases we co-ordinate the purposes for which any grants are given to them.
