asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give a breakdown of the £119 million spent at Mount Pleasant for new Army facilities.

As I explained in my answer to the hon. Member of 22 October at column490 there are two phases to the provision of the Army facilities at Mount Pleasant. The current estimates for phase I and II at September 1984 prices stand at £25 million arid £94 million respectively.
