§ Mr. Chris PattenOn 14 November 1984 an application was received from Castlereagh borough council for sanction to borrow £9,300 to acquire a site for a proposed community centre at Belvoir. This was granted on 6 December.

(2) if a Government grant will be made available for the proposed new Belvoir community centre in Castlereagh borough.
