§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. and learned Friend last met the high commissioner for Uganda, together with the Ugandan Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, on 7 February. They discussed a number of issues in our bilateral relations including human rights, Uganda's economy and British military training assistance.
