§ Mr. RifkindThe total additional amount agreed by the European Council for integrated Mediterranean programmes was 1.6 billion ecu—about £950 million. As a result of the Fontainebleau settlement, the United Kingdom's financing share will be some 7 per cent.—less than the £10 million per annum.
