§ Mr. John MacKayThe moratorium on grant approvals, which was imposed last October as a result of the exceptionally heavy demand for investment assistance from the Scottish tourist board during 1983–84, was lifted earlier this month. The board has now resumed exercise of its power to give selective financial assistance to tourist projects.
