asked the Secretary of State for Defence if any proposals were made by the United States presidential review commission on chemical warfare when it met senior United Kingdom officials at the end of March.

[pursuant to his reply, 16th April 1985]: No. The commission's proposals had still to be formulated and will, of course, be submitted to the President of the United States.
