§ Mr. YoungerRepresentations have been received from a number of hon. Members, from the National Farmers Union of Scotland, the Highlands and Islands Development Board, the Orkney and Shetland Islands Councils and some 10 community councils in Shetland and from a number of individual farmers, agricultural contractors and other organisations.
