§ Sir George YoungMy Department's regional offices have taken an active part in encouraging the private sector and local authorities to establish local enterprise agencies and, where appropriate, financial support has been provided through the urban programme. Help, advice, and support for local enterprise agencies is also given by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
