Whether they will ask the Foreign Secretary to view a videotape of the BBC "Brass Tacks" programme in torture in Turkey and to make a statement thereafter.

My right honourable and learned friend is aware of the programme in question. The Turkish Government are well aware of our views on human rights issues.
