§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give, at 1984–85 prices, the total capital resources available to London housing authorities from initial housing investment programme allocation and the prescribed proportion of housing capital receipts 703W accruing in each year, for each of the years 1979–80 to 1983–84, inclusive; and if he will estimate the resources likely to be available in 1984–85.
