Mr. Tony Banks

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the five English local authorities with the highest level of capital expenditure on the renovation of local authority housing stock in 1983–84 from amongst those authorities from which he already has information, together with the amount of expenditure by each of the five authorities.
