§ Mr. Needham
asked the Secretary of State for Defence whether there has been any change in the number of United States bases and facilities in the United Kingdom.

§ Mr. Lee
Yes. We have agreed to make available to the United States air force some surplus hangars at RAF Hullavington and at Oakington barracks for storage purposes. Including minor facilities such as these, the number of bases and facilities which have been made available to the United States Forces is now 66.
