§ Mr. LeeThe only recent expenditure on HMS Nelson's catering services has been in relation to routine maintenance and upkeep. This has included normal structural repairs, for example, to floors on health and safety grounds, and a rolling programme of repair and replacement of unserviceable and obsolescent galley equipment. In the last four years the sum of £320,000 has been spent on maintenance of this nature in the four main galley areas.
