§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will list those health authorities which, in the period since the first of the 28 private contracts listed in his answer of 30 October, Official Report, column 967, was entered into have decided that in-house provision is most cost-effective, giving in each case the category of ancillary service, the health authority and the hospital involved;
