asked the Attorney-General whether he will make legal aid available in coroners' courts to representatives of the deceased.

The Solicitor-General

Subject to financial eligibility, legal advice and assistance is already available to representatives of the deceased, on any question of English law which may arise in relation to a case in a coroner's court. There are no plans to provide representation by way of legal aid.
