§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will place in the Library a copy of the uniform custody record on which is recorded all details relating to a person's detention in police custody.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThe Association of Chief Police Officers is preparing a custody record suitable for adoption by all police forces in England and Wales when the provisions of parts IV and V of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 are brought into force. When this work has been completed, I shall place a copy of the record in the Library of the House.
