§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsI refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave to my hon. Friend the member for Mitcham and Morden (Mrs. Rumbold) on 30 October 1984, at column 887. The measures referred to in that reply represent a continuation and development of the range of assistance given by my Department, the Welsh Development Agency, Mid Wales Development and the Wales Tourist Board during the last five years to encourage the setting up of small businesses in Wales.
