Mr. Ralph Howell

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will state the total amount of cereals exported to (a) the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and (b) China in 1960, 1970, 1980, 1981, 1982 and 1983 from the European Economic Community; and whether he has any information as to the percentage this represents of their total imports.
