§ Mr. Giles ShawA case has been brought before the European Commission of Human Rights by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Gillow, but it is not clear at this stage whether or not the case will be referred to the European Court of Human Rights at Strasbourg. Guernsey is aware of the cost implications for it; but estimates are not yet possible.
