§ Mr. Peter WalkerOn 9 October the UK Atomic Energy Authority and the National Nuclear Corporation formed a company, Fast Reactor Technology Limited (FASTEC), to manage the commercial use of the technology generated by them in relation to the research, design and development of fast reactors under the European collaboration. The NNC holds 51 per cent. of the authorised share capital and the UKAEA holds 49 per cent.
