asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many of the 31 cases of alleged assault on working miners in Derbyshire up to mid-September have been tried to date;

(2) how many of the 153 cases involving alleged threats against working miners and their families in Derbyshire up to mid-September have been tried to date;

(3) how many of the 278 cases in Derbyshire involving alleged damage to the homes and vehicles of working miners up to mid-September have been tried to date.
