§ Mr. Butcher[pursuant to his reply 12 November 1984, c. 86]: My right hon. Friend the Member for Mole Valley (Mr. Baker) informed the House on 13 April of the Government's intention to review the functions of the radio investigation service to determine what resources it needs. That review is still in progress and I cannot anticipate its conclusions.
