§ Mr. Tom KingIn the White Paper "Training for Jobs" we announced our intention of examining the possibility of introducing a scheme of loans for adult trainees who want to undertake training of their own choice. I am today publishing a consultative paper on training loans which sets out our view of how an experimental scheme might operate. Copies of the consultative paper are available in the Vote Office.
