§ Dr. Cunningham
asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish the percentage of total national expenditure targets made up by the targets of (a) inner London boroughs, (b) outer London boroughs, (c) London precepting authorities, (d) metropolitan districts, (e) metropolitan counties, (f) non-metropolitan districts and (g) non-metropolitan counties in each year from 1981–82 to 1984–85.
