§ Mr. Ron Daviesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will ensure, in his proposed revised memorandum of guidance to the police on the administration of the Firearms Act 1968, that all holders of firearms certificates for the use of rifles for vermin control will not be in breach of condition if they test fire their rifles where their use for vermin control is permitted.
