I have appointed the hon. Member for Inverness, Nairn and Lochaber (Mr. Johnston) in place of the hon. Member for Isle of Wight (Mr. Ross).

I have appointed my hon. Friend the Member for Epping Forest (Sir Biggs-Davison) in place of my hon. Friend the Member for Norfolk, North (Mr. Howell), and the hon. Member for Isle of Wight (Mr. Ross) in place of the Lord McNair.
