§ Mr. Blairasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to reply to a letter of 12 April about the policing of the mining dispute in Nottinghamshire from the hon. Member for Sedgefield.
§ Mr. HurdI have asked the chief constable of Nottinghamshire for a report about some of the matters raised in the letter, to which I shall reply when I have received and considered the report.
